桑塔丽塔庄园是智利三个最大的葡萄酒生产商之一，历史可追溯到125年前，智利酿酒业初期阶段。由著名的政治家兼企业家 Don Domingo Fernandez 先生于1880年创建，当时的葡萄植株全部从法国引进，如今这些古老而优质的葡萄园是桑塔丽塔庄园最大的财富之一。
深宝石红色泛紫色边缘,带有青草,成熟的黑色樱桃果味配合芦笋等清爽的绿色气息。深吸一口气，能闻到淡淡的牛奶巧克力的余韵。入口酸度活跃,果味清爽,桉树叶,芦笋,浆果的滋味丰沛。适合稍加冰镇后饮用。适合搭配中式炖肉，或者浓郁酱汁风味的本帮菜亦可尝试。
Santa Rita is one of the biggest three producers in Chile, its history goes back to 125 years ago, the very beginning of Chile wine making. Mr. Don Domingo Fernandez, a very famous politician and entrepreneur in Chile, founded the winery in 1880. All the grape vines were imported from France then. These vineyards with both history and quality are Santa Rita’s greatest assets.
This wine shows a nice deep ruby red with violet hues in glass. The nose of bright ripe black cherries and fresh green asparagus aromas with subtle notes of milk chocolate was quite inviting. Fresh and lively acidity well caught by the very richness taste of berries and eucalyptus leaves. It will be better when serving lightly chilled, good match with Chinese Stew or some Shanghai local food cooked with rich sauces.
